Refund Policy

How subscription renewals, credit packs, consumed credits, failed payments, disputes, and support reviews are handled.

McAuley sells digital AI processing, subscription access, credit allowances, and generated outputs. Refund decisions depend on whether access or credits have been used, whether the charge was a renewal, and whether there is a billing error.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future renewal from billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If a renewal was accidental and credits from that renewal remain unused, contact support promptly. We may issue a full or partial refund after reviewing account activity, consumed credits, invoices, and service delivery records.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs may be eligible for refund review. Credits already consumed by chat, chart generation, reel generation, future clips, exports, or storage-heavy processing are generally not refundable.

Credits are service allowance only and have no cash value outside McAuley.

Failed generation or duplicate charge

If a paid generation fails and no usable output is delivered, we may restore credits, retry the generation, or issue a refund depending on the issue.

If Stripe or McAuley records show a duplicate charge, we will correct the billing record or refund the duplicate amount.

Disputes and evidence

If you open a card dispute, Stripe and the card network may request evidence. McAuley may provide order details, checkout terms, subscription notices, credit ledger entries, generated output timestamps, support messages, and account activity needed to respond.

Contacting support first is usually faster than a dispute. We aim to review billing issues in a reasonable time.

How to request a refund review

Email support@mcauleyand.com with your account email, Stripe receipt or invoice ID, the charge date, the reason for the request, and whether any generated outputs were used.
