Will my decision content be used to train AI?

No. McAuley is designed around private decision records. Uploaded files, chat inputs, charts, reports, and generated reels are processed to deliver the requested output and improve your own workspace, not to train shared AI models.

Is this therapy, legal counsel, or financial planning?

No. McAuley is a thinking tool. It can organize trade-offs, constraints, reversibility, and counterarguments, but it does not replace licensed clinicians, lawyers, registered financial advisers, or other qualified professionals.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid subscriptions are month-to-month or annual, depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel renewal from billing before the next renewal date.

What happens to unused credits?

Subscription credits are service-use allowance for the current billing period. Purchased credit packs remain available while your account is active, subject to fair-use and acceptable-use limits.

Refund policy?

Unused subscription renewals and unused credit packs can be reviewed by support. Credits already consumed by chat runs, charts, PDF exports, or generated reels are generally not refundable because the service has already been delivered.
